Make a Booking

The price of your journey includes all accommodation, meals (except casual refreshments), entrance fees and transport during the holiday. You will need to pay for your own transport costs to our starting point and your return trip home.

Before paying please Contact Us to make sure there are still spaces and accommodation preferences available on the holiday of your choice. After you have received confirmation of availability you then have a choice of three ways to pay:

(1) By Cheque/Check to Journeying, 45 Devonshire Road, Southampton, SO15 2GL, UK with cheque/check payable to Journeying. Please note our bank does not accept checks (cheques) in US Dollars. Please write your name on the back so we know who it is from.

(2) By BACS (bank transfer) payment direct from your bank account to our bank account (our bank Sort Code and Account Number details are on the downloadable Bank Transfer Document below). This is our preferred payment method as PayPal take a large percentage for card transactions. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME as a reference otherwise we won't know who has made the payment.

(3) By Debit Card/Credit Card/PayPal (using the drop down menu at the bottom of the form below). Please include your name as a reference so we know who it came from.

Whichever method you choose please also complete and submit the electronic booking form below selecting the appropriate payment choice from the drop-down menu. Your first payment is the £100 non-refundable deposit. After we have received this deposit we will confirm your place on the holiday. We will then contact you nearer to the holiday to remind you to pay the balance of the holiday fee which you can complete using your preferred payment method and the electronic booking form below.

I declare that I have read and noted the itinerary, details of walks and other activities. I have also read, understood and accepted the booking terms and conditions. Please note, clear guidance is given on walk length and terrain for each holiday. Holiday leaders reserve the right to determine the ability of guests to complete the walks and will offer an alternative if a guest is not able to keep at the pace of the group.
